Returns & Exchanges

Return Window
Returns must be requested and postmarked within 14 days of delivery.

Return Cost
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Checkout+ Return Coverage (Optional)
Customers who purchased Checkout+ return coverage at checkout may receive free return shipping when submitting their return through the return portal.

Customers who do not opt-in to Checkout+ at checkout will be charged a $10 handling fee when submitting a return within the portal which covers the cost of the return shipping label.

Refund Method
Online returns are refunded in the form of a Moxie Shop store credit (gift card) issued to the email address on file.

Return Processing Time
Once your return is received and inspected, please allow 2–4 business days for your return to be processed. You will receive your Moxie Shop store credit (gift card) via email once the return has been approved.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for online orders. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order.

Items returned after 14 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Defective Items

If you receive a defective item, please submit a return request through our return portal within 2 business days of delivery.

When submitting your request, please include a description of the issue and photos of the defect so our team can review and assist you quickly.

If the item is confirmed to be defective, we will provide instructions for returning the item and will take care of the issue.

Orders under $150 ship for a flat rate of $7.99.

When will my order ship?

How often do you release new arrivals?

We release new arrivals twice a week, typically on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We also occasionally surprise our customers with bonus drops, restocks, and special collections throughout the week.

Do you carry plus-size clothing only?

Yes! Moxie Shop was created by a curvy girl for curvy girls. We focus exclusively on curvy and plus-size fashion, with most styles available in sizes XL–3X.

Why don't you carry more 3X and 4X+ options?

We understand how frustrating it can be when you find a style you love and it's not available in your size.

One of the biggest challenges in the boutique industry is that sizing availability is determined by our vendors. Many brands only manufacture styles in XL–2X, while others offer 1X–3X sizing. Unfortunately, very few of our vendors currently produce 4X+ sizes.

Whenever a vendor offers 3X sizing, we do our best to bring those options into the boutique. In fact, 3X is one of our best-selling sizes, which means those styles often sell out quickly. We regularly restock when possible, but availability ultimately depends on the vendor.

As a curvy-only boutique, we're always searching for brands that offer expanded size ranges and more inclusive sizing. Our goal is to provide the widest selection possible while continuing to bring you the styles, quality, and fit you love.
